On Saturday March 12, 2011, at 4 am were seen by several community members paramilitaries who went to San Jose on three motorcycles dressed in dark suits and weapons, took a tour there and left verbal threats against residents of the area, after that went back to Apartado.

On Tuesday March 15, 2011 in the morning, drew media a Notice of the police which said that within the community had been killed by the FARC a soldier. This information is totally false, in any part of the community no soldier has been killed. With this, just looking to discredit the community lie and hide the reality and truth.

On Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 March 2011, in the morning the soldiers were at the entrances to the settlement of San Josesito by requisition of members of the community, the military said that the requisitions that were members community was to protect us.

On Monday March 14, 2011 , to 15 hours, Robinson Gomez, entered the hamlet of San Josesito, settlement of the Community Didier accompanied Usuga Borja, went to the home of Jesus Emilio Tuberquia and asked the family there on several occasions about the whereabouts of him, the family said that he was not, again asked when it would, by not answering anything left. Again you lie and is still showing the relationship of the security forces with paramilitaries protecting and using these people to attack the community and people in the area.
Lying is the way it hides and distorts reality, this is hiding the truth of the victims, concealing what is happening and thus may act on impunity and plans to meet death extermination.
